I don’t think this home is suited for every home. If you live on a sloping lot then the kitchen is going to have an open feeling to it. I love that.
This home is built on many different floor plans. You can really add just about anything to your floor plan when you build a home like this. It’s perfect if you want a home that is functional. It is the ideal project for the modeler who loves adding beautiful things to their home.
One thing that might be nice is to use plywood for the wall in the garage. This would be more expensive than just using board and plywood. You will be able to use the door without having to paint it or fix it because this material is very strong.
If you live on a sloping lot this is an option. It gives a great look. It also will save you money because your contractor can hire people to put up the deck and add on to the home.
These Lake House Plans for Sloping Lots is in a series of three homes. One is for a brick home and one is a gable home and one is for a ranch style home. The goal is for this style to be in your mind when you see this home.
Building a home like this is fun to do but make sure you are sure to talk to the homeowner before you start the work. Most homes are built with a contractor. If you are remodeling a home and don’t know anyone who does work on homes you should talk to a home builder to see if they can build the home for you.
